We collect your phone number and basic contact information solely for the purpose of providing you with the service reminders and notifications you have opted into. This information is obtained directly from you when you register as a customer or sign a service contract.

- Sending reminders the day before a scheduled service.
- Sending optional One-Time Passwords (OTP) for account verification or security purposes.
- Communicating strictly business-related service updates.
Your phone number is processed via our messaging provider (Twilio) to deliver these communications.
3. Consent and Opt-In
Consent Statement: End users are customers of a company, registered, with signed contracts and the ability to opt-into receiving SMS/MMS messages as reminders or business-related services, not ads.
By providing your phone number during the registration or contract signing process, you consent to receive SMS/MMS messages from us for these specific purposes.
4. Information Sharing and Disclosure
We do NOT sell or share your customer information or phone numbers with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.
We may share your information only in the following limited circumstances:
- Service Providers: We share your phone number with our messaging provider (Twilio/carriers) solely to deliver the messages you have requested.
- Legal Requirements: If required by law, regulation, or legal process.
5. Your Choices and Opt-Out
You can opt-out of receiving SMS/MMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After you send the SMS message “STOP”, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.
If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time, or reply START, and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

We implement reasonable security measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.
